*Only those who paid the membership fee to date will be considered members of the RSDNMD (it involves having the fee paid on 2018, while the fee on 2019 will be paid at the congress).
**Participants which are exempted from the registration fee must upload a proof confirming they belong to the mentioned category (certificate attesting they are students, resident physicians in diabetes, retired diabetologists).
The membership fee is the equivalent to 15 Euro for chief and specialist physicians and, the equivalent to 10 Euro for resident physicians. You can find out more about becoming member of the RSDNBM here: https://societate-diabet.ro/inscriere-in-societate/.
The members of the RSDNBM Board and the first authors of the accepted abstracts are exempt from paying the registration fee.
The participation fee includes:
- Access to all Congress sessions
- Participation kit: program book, abstract volume, bag, pen, block-notes, the RSDNMD magazine
- Access to all Congress official dinners
- Access to the Official Opening Ceremony of the Congress
- Access to all coffee breaks
- Participation certificate
**For accompanying persons, the participation fee includes access to the Official Opening Ceremony of the Congress and to the Congress official dinners.

Registration at the 2019 RSDNMD Congress will be available on site:
- Wednesday, 22 May 2019: 09.00 – 20.00
- Thursday, 23 May 2019: 08.00 – 16.00
Payment of the participation fee will be made cash or by bank transfer, presenting the payment order at the registration.
