The attendees who want to book a hotel room have the possibility to do so through Sănătatea Press Group, the company that provides the event management.

RSDNMD will carry 50% of the accommodation costs for resident physicians in diabetes, nurses, diabetes educators, med-school students, and retired diabetologists.
Booking must be made by April 1, 2019, the latest. After that date, accomodation availability is no longer guaranteed.
